2. Products & quotations
Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability. Specifications may change as we improve our products. Final terms are set out in your order confirmation and contract.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are exclusive of taxes and freight unless stated. Payment terms are as agreed in writing.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes as specified in the order. You are responsible for site readiness and applicable permits.
5. Warranty
Products are covered by the applicable limited warranty. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and compliance with installation guidelines. This warranty is in lieu of other warranties to the extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaTire Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
